Blending at Ch\u00e2teau de Bellet is a very important stage in the winemaking process. This involves blending several wines from different grape varieties and\/or from the same grape variety but from different areas<\/strong>, to create a cuv\u00e9e. For example, for our whites we blend wines made from Rolle and Chardonnay, while our ros\u00e9s are 100% Braquet, but we blend wines made from grapes from different areas.<\/p>

First, the wines from each vat and barrel are tasted<\/strong> to understand their characteristics. Several samples are then formed with different proportions. They are again tasted and compared to select the best quality.<\/p>

Blending several batches allows you to obtain different characteristics from one range to another. <\/strong>Once blending is complete, all that’s left to do is reproduce the selected sample in its actual proportions and, once ageing is complete, bottle the wine for you to enjoy!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
