Whole harvest and organic viticulture were introduced in 2006, making David’s wines some of the finest and most elegant wines from Côte de Nuits.

Clos Saint Joseph

Clos Saint Joseph is a unique vineyard as it is the only one in the Alpes Maritimes region under the appelation Côtes de Provence. The Syrah cuvée has proven what a Provence terroir can offer.

Domaine Saladin

Elisabeth and Marie Laurence Saladin have been leading Domaine Saladin since 2003, perpetuating a heritage of 20 generations!
The 18Ha vineyard grows a beautiful range of southern grape varieties on ancestral organic terroirs. These Côtes du Rhône de l’Ardèche wines offer freshness, elegance and balance.

Domaine Alain Chavy

Small production, great terroirs and respectful viticulture! On 6.5Ha, Alain Chavy produces Puligny Charmes, Champs Gains, Pucelles, Clavoillons, Folatières, a St Aubin premier cru in Remilly and a complex Chevalier Montrachet.

Domaine Yann Chave

The Domaine Yann Chave covers 20Ha on the Crozes Hermitage and Hermitage appellations.
Its wines have been certified organic since 2007 and are known for their elegance and freshness, to which is added the depth from the Crozes, Le Rouvre and the Hermitage.

Château Revelette

The colorful winemaker Peter Fischer strives to produce pure and natural wines while respecting the typicity of his terroir. Château Revelette wines have been certified organic for over 20 years and offer fruitiness and freshness.

Domaine de la Bastide Blanche

Organic since 2012 with a biodynamic approach, from the simple red Bandol to the “very terroir” plots of Estagnol and Fontaneou, Stephane Bourret the winemaker who is also a pillar of the Rouge Provence association gives a very frank expression to his wines.

Domaine des Terres Blanches

Domaine des Terres Blanches use to belong to the Michelin family for more than 3 decades and earned its noble status thanks to the work of Noel Michelin who established organic farming on the farm in 1970.
All the cuvées are remarkably fresh and aromatic. With the Aurelia cuvée, the estate signs one of the deepest and balanced reds in Provence.
